If you have had the screen replaced and the screen is not original, then this may be the reason why True Tone does not work. Then restart your iPhone. this happens because you changed the screen of your iphone, im sure this could be a bug cuz i changed the screen and i used a genuine iphone 8+ screen not from third parties and i have the same issue, ALS work great but True Tone is gone. i was reading on ifixit Forums that this can be fix i with a tool that can resotore back the true tone option. xNBy.
